Help Desk Support - Network/Desktop(DistCompute) in Dallas, TX

SCOPE: Direct all activities necessary to document, resolve and escalate ATM installations. With minimal supervision you will work with third party vendors (ATM hardware and ATM cash vendors) to ensure an ATM installation meets all specifications defined by the ATM Deployment Project Manager. There are six shifts and on occasion members are asked to volunteer for weekend hours. ATM experience is not required. Should have extensive customer service experience and long term projects on your resume REQUIRED SKILLS: --Ability to work with all levels of management, employees and industry peers --Strong priority management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills --Excellent organization and communication skills (oral & written) --Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word --Professional phone etiquette --Flexible work schedule --High school diploma SHIFT: 4:00PM to Midnight (close) shift.
