Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking an AV Technical Coordinator for a high profile law firm in Downtown Dallas.
On a day to day basis, the candidate will be responsible for the coordination of all facets within the conference center, including: scheduling, maintenance of equipment, recommendations for equipment purchase, system design and facility utilization. The consultant will also provide assistance with happy hours, parties and special receptions, escorting of Attorney's and Clients to meeting room to ensure that all needs are met.

Experience: Technical Skills are as follows:
3+ years with MS Suite, specifically Power Point
2+ years with Video Conferencing (AMX Specifically)
2+ years with LCD Projectors, Overhead Projectors, VCR's, Monitors and other Multi-Media Equipment
Must be able to type 30 WPM
Trouble shooting of AV Equipment
Excellent Verbal and Documentation Skills
