We are seeking a Project Manager experienced with Oracle RMS that can facilitate the development of solid solutions using Oracle technologies for the retail industry. The successful applicant will work with developers, analyst and business users to manage the building of enterprise software that addresses all aspects of retail operations. Typical projects are relatively complex and involve individuals from numerous groups within the client's organization. 3+ years as a Project Manager managing Oracle enterprise projects is required along with the ability to lead and communicate effectively/collaborate with all levels of Management. Must be able to plan and deliver the successful implementation of IT Projects, identify critical technical obstacles, and understand technological solutions for complex business problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage effectively across multiple organizations to accomplish goals and objectives is required. An understanding of Oracle RMS and Retek is needed. Strong PC skills (ie, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) required. MS Project skills desired. Previous experience working in the Retail Industry is preferred. PMP certification is needed.
