Field Technicians will be responsible for the service and maintenance POS equipment and software. They will provide exceptional customer service, complete related paperwork, manage parts inventory, and communicate regularly with dispatch center.
Must be available for 24 hour on-call support. Must have valid drivers license and good driving record for company issued vehicle use. Offers will be contingent on clean driving record, drug test, and background check.
Experience: Must have a year of Field Technician experience and have experience with hardware AND software support.
