Sr. C# / ASP.NET Web Application Developer in Dallas, TX

$60,000 to $80,000 base salary, PLUS up to 30% bonus!

Use your expert technical skill to ensure web custom applications are defined, developed and implemented in accordance with business needs. Provide great ideas, manage expectations, and deliver as promised.

Develop custom applications that meet business needs. You may participate in each phase and multiple workflows within the Rational Unified Process ( RUP ) with primary emphasis on Construction. Development activities will include modeling, designing, coding, unit testing, debugging and deployment with Microsoft Visual Studio .Net using C#, Rational XDE, Microsoft Visual Source Safe, and NUnit.

You may also be required to document requirements, features, specifications, code, deployment procedures, defect logs and reports, test scripts and architecture views.
Experience: Do you eat, drink, sleep, breathe and bleed Microsoft? You must be comfortable and proficient with distributed computing using .NET remoting and web services. Must be technically experienced and proficient on day-one as there is no time to learn.

WE REQUIRE:

5+ years object-oriented development

5+ years ASP / ASP.Net web development, including ASP.NET 1.0, HTML and JavaScript

2+ years business experience with C# / Visual Studio .Net

5+ years iterative development methodologies such as RUP, Booch, OMT, Fusion, etc.

5+ years application development using Microsoft technologies

5+ years in web and distributed technologies

5+ years XML

Highly developed organizational skills.

Highly developed, process-oriented skills for troubleshooting, problem solving, and problem resolution.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

MUST be customer-focused

PREFERRED:

Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000, SQL, stored procedures and triggers

BS computer science, math, natural sciences, or equivalent experience

Professional certifications in Microsoft preferred, but not required
