A versatile Help Desk / Desktop Support Professional is needed to manage 50/50 between phones and hands on technical support. Help Desk duties will include Remote in and password resets. Desktop Support could include light hardware fixes. Help Desk / Desktop Professional should be proficient in working with Win 2000 and XP. There will be some Citrix applications but experience is not critical. Customers most likely will not be technical.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Candidates for Help Desk / Desktop support will have 1+ years of experience with PC Desktop/Workstations. Experience supporting XP is a must as well as MS Office. Outlook, LotusNotes, Network settings, and Plug-n-Play device experience is a plus.
