SMARTECH, a national service provider of peripheral maintenance and repair is seeking highly motivated individuals for work in a fast paced, on site field service position. We recruit from over the United States, but are currently seeking techs in and around Dallas, TX.
Little to no diagnostics are involved in the majority of our calls. For the most part, our technicians are simply swapping out parts.
A successful candidate should have a clean background check, excellent customer service skills, technical expertise and reliable transportation. He/She must also possess basic knowledge of personal computer and/or peripheral device repair, such as Dell, Gateway, Sony, Lexmark, HP, and Compaq desktops, laptops, and printers.
A+ certification is great to have, but not required. Experience is equally evaluated. Pay is on a per call basis and issued out on a net 30 schedule, which is standard in this industry.
