- Will work with a cross-functional team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various business groups to produce business requirements deliverables for the project.
- This person will report directly to the project manager and must be customer focused, process driven, and results oriented.
- Good communication skills (listening, verbal, and written), problem solving, and analytical skills are a must for this position.
- Must have experience in enterprise projects and have a solid understanding of organizational change efforts.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Facilitating the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Implementation Partner decision analysis process using standard evaluation process.
Leading the requirements gathering workshops & sessions with SMEs.
Documenting & managing requirements from SMEs throughout the project.
Updating the business case with more detailed benefits.
Working with the team to perform details ECM application/system gap analysis & ECM product evaluation.
Working with the team to assist in designing the solution.
Obtaining sign-off on business requirements.
