The majority of this individual's time will be spent gathering Customer business rules and system requirements. They will additionally at times be responsible for documenting and developing business processes and process change plans, coordinating sub-project Team plans, and managing cross-team test plans. They may be involved in conducting implementation planning and the preparation of other deliverables.
The primary focus of the Team is the development of Complex Event Processing (CEP) rules-driven applications in support of various Business functions. Primary toolset at this time is TIBCO Business Events, Business Works, Gaphical Interface, and Java.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Information Technology
Minimum 3 years demonstrated mastery using one or more project management tools (MS Project, EPMS, etc.)
Minimum 5 years demonstrated ability and success using problem-solving skills.
Minimum 5 years as part of a Team implementing solutions using a Systems Development LifeCycle Methodology.
Minimum 3 years managing/eading IT complex, multi-project team projects, demonstrating solid Project Management capabilities
Minimum 2 years gathering and documenting business requirements in accordance to Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) guidelines.
Minimum 2 years demonstrated ability in developing / managing delivery of Use Cases.
Minimum 2 years demonstrated ability to conduct and/or lead discussions with Business partners and Senior Technology Leadership.
Must be able to interact and speak with a wide variety of People, from Developers, users, and Senior Leadership in IT and the Business.
Preferably Previous Development background in the following arenas:
"Knowledge Engineering, Rules-based computing, Complex Event Processing, or Expert Systems.
UML Development using tools such as Visio, Rose, RequisitPro, ClearCase, and ClearQuest"
TIBCO BE, TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO GI, CORBA, UNIX, JAVA
