JOB DESCRIPTION
Direct Hire Position:
Remedy Developer to join our team; this position will be located in Mannheim, Germany. The candidate will be responsible for providing onsite Remedy support to include software development and administrative support. As a Remedy software developer, you will be responsible for working independently in all stages of the software lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for the operation of a complex Remedy ARS application that supports 24x7 operations throughout the European theater of operations. This includes maintaining and enhancing existing software, providing user support, creating training materials and providing training. The candidate must provide expertise in all of the following areas: Remedy ARS administration, Remedy ARS development of new applications, Remedy ARS development on existing applications, Provide customer application support, Provide classroom-style training, create classroom-style training materials.
Experience with the following applications and software recommended; UNIX administration and programming, relational database design, database application development Oracle database Administration and development, Crystal Reports, and Windows System Administration.
Education: Education: Bachelor of Science / Arts Degree in Engineering OR Computer Science OR Business Administration OR Mathematics. An Associates Degree, or a certification (RSP) plus seven (7) years of specialized experience or eleven (11) years of specialized IT experience may substitute for the Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree.
Certification: Remedy Skilled Professional (RSP).
Specialized Experience: The following experience may be concurrent: two (2) years Remedy system design and development; three (3) years software system design and development; three (3) years UNIX or Windows operating systems; two (2) years direct experience with U.S. military command and control or commercial LAN/WAN communication systems.
Security Clearance: Current U.S. SECRET clearance with SSBI investigation required.

Integrated Facility Scheduler / Project Manager in Dallas, TX
Do you want to work in the North Slope of Alaska for one of the world's largest suppliers of oil and oil extraction services? For this position, you will support process transition by working with a specialized team to establish and maintain the Western Area Integrated Facility Schedule (IFS), which is a schedule of all significant events and activities occurring within the operating area.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting development of the IFS data and system requirements
Supporting development of the collection processes
Maintaining the data collection processes
Integrating scheduled data into the Western area schedule
Adding the required site specific scheduling detail
Identifying incompatible activities and scheduling constraints
Facilitating schedule leveling meetings
Monitoring schedule performance and maintaining performance indicators
Supporting expansion into all operating areas
Experience: 10+ years related work experience
Expertise as a Senior Maintenance or Project planner, Project Manager, or team lead in heavy industrial facilities

* Download customers revenue and closed sale information every month and organize by account into one spreadsheet. (since not all accounts are pulled by MIS, we need to identify how many accounts are included in revenue calculation) This includes Open and closed TOV data for customers who attend the events, by segment, per our schedule (one database)
* Categorize monthly expense information into excel spreadsheet template.
* Organize and input appropriate verbatim comments for account for quick wins. Using various internal database to find more about the customers who attended our events.
* Download Internal Stakeholder Survey data and categorize verbatim comments by related issues.
* Input customer survey event preference data to the master database.
