Desktop Support Analyst Job Responsibilities: Add and Maintain Users on Network (Active Directory), Phone System (Inter-Tel), and in Propietary Applications Set Up PC's, Phones, and Install Software on New Users' PC's Perform Upgrades on Users' PC's To Ensure Applications and Updates Are Current Assist with Maintaining Servers & Install Software Upgrades and Patches on Servers Perform Daily Backups of Various Systems Maintain and Troubleshoot Camera Systems Respond to Users' Help Desk Requests Relocate Users & Their Equipment Monitor and Create Scripts For File Management & Other Tasks Install Various Software Applications Where Needed Setup Client Access On Users' PC's For All Clients Troubleshoot Hardware Issues With PC's, Scanners, and Printers Drive to Client Sites as Needed to Troubleshoot Help Desk Issues With Our Equipment <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
