One of the leading telecom companies in the Dallas,TX area has an immediate need for a full time Customer Voice Protocol/CVP Script Developer.
The candidate will design, implement, and test contact center scripts for the IP Contact Center (IPCC) Enterprise instance in Dallas, TX
Required:
. Fluent in CVP scripting
. 5 years specialized call center experience
. 5 years IT experience
. 3 Years of Cisco IPCC Enterprise experience
. 2 Years of Cisco CVP experience
. Self motivated
. Requires little guidance
. Ability to communicate and keep management informed about progress and status of deployments and maintenance issues
. Will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying call center applications on the IPCC environment
Preferred:
. Verint Call Recording
. Java Programming
. Blue Pumpkin Workforce Management
. iNova Readerboards
