Help Desk Engineer in Dallas, TX

Our Dallas client has a busy IT department and they are needing to bring in a contract help desk engineer to help on a contract, possible contract to hire, basis. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running!The hours are from 9-6 with some flex opportunity too.Citrix knowledge is a must.Job duties:- Add and remove users and set up exchange email boxes.- Perform data backups throughout the office.- Tech support over the phone and remote is a must.- Work with Dell systems.- Service wireless routers, printers, fax, copiers, phones, and computers.Requirements:- 2 years + of experience in a support setting.- Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
