Help Desk Analyst in Dallas, TX

We are looking for a talented individual to provide first level support for all incoming calls from various clients including hedge funds. This will include documenting calls in Trackman and soon MS-CRM, attempting to resolve basic issues and then escalate to correct team members. When not on the phone, other responsibilities will include handling new PC/laptop builds, repairs and non-deskside support. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Strong skills with XP/Vista, Dell Workstations, and Office are required. MCP or any other Microsoft certification is a plus.
