Job Description:
The Solution Designer is a key member of the bid and proposal team supporting ACS new business pursuits. Responsibilities include the following.
· Analyze RFP’s from prospective clients
· Design technical solutions for midrange servers and storage to meet client requirements
· Develop competitive pricing and build cost models for new business pursuits
· Write proposal content for proposals and presentations to clients
· Present solutions to prospective clients
· Establish an authoritative and credible presence in new and base business pursuits
· Establish effective and positive personal and professional relationships with clients
· Coordinate due diligence activities prior to contract signing
Job Qualification and Requirements:
Successful candidates should have a strong technical background and senior level proposal experience with the following qualifications.
· Ten years minimum experience in computer services (consulting or outsourcing)
· A strong technical background in midrange Unix or Windows server environments, storage solutions and backup methodologies
· Bid and proposal experience working with complex solutions
· Experience analyzing requirements from clients using RFI/RFP documents, Statements of Work and developing winning responses to clients
· Technical design experience developing high quality, reliable, scalable, cost-optimized technology solutions that involve multiple technical disciplines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent client-facing, executive level presentation skills
· The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with peer organizations in Sales and Delivery
· Demonstrated success in working high profile projects in a matrix organization

This Position is in Phoenix ,Arizona and will require you to relocate. No Corp to Corp. Must be eligible to work in the U.S
SharePoint Technical Architect will implement and develop the latest .Net technologies including MOSS 2007. Candidate must have solid understanding and production experience in analyzing, developing, and deploying solutions using .Net technologies. This includes a strong technology focus on portals, business intelligence, enterprise application integration using .Net based architectures including XML, SOAP, Web Services, and business productivity applications.
Requirements:
Experience with SharePoint Portal Server is a must, 2003/2007
Significant architectural experience using Microsoft .NET, and related technologies.
Understand physical and logical server architectures for Sharepoint Portal Server
Must have practical project experience in development of portal applications
Expert level technical skills with .NET development technologies
Minimum 5+ years of development experience in large scale enterprise application integration.
Demonstrated effective solution development capabilities.
Demonstrated high degree of initiative and self guided work management
Must be willing to work diligently to meet deliverable deadlines
Demonstrate strong desire to develop new technical knowledge and professional skills on a continual basis
Detailed knowledge of Windows Sharepoint Services and MS Sharepoint Portal Server 2003/MOSS 2007
Network security expertise
Ability to mentor developers through enterprise custom application developments of the Sharepoint Object Model.
