This Customer Service Position Features: Great Pay Friendly Environment. You will be working for a large credit counseling company helping people in a call center environment. If you have worked in the Mortgage Environment in any capacity, this job is for you. We are currently recruiting for customer service reps for a local company. Must have great customer service skills with 1 year experience within the lending industry. Any facet of mortgage or credit knowledge is best including escrow, loan processing, admin support, underwriting, collections. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Data entry. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Must be flexible in working shift, including weekends. So if you have worked as a loan officer, escrow, loan processor etc. call me for details.
