Outstanding, long-term opportunity for Sr. Java Developers. We are seeking 3 Sr. Java Developers to join a high-powered development team responsible for developing a rewards program.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Must have 5 years of experience of:
. Java
. OO Analysis and Design
. Gap Analysis of existing software to current and future designs.
. Working with relational databases, preferably Oracle
. UML, and
. Experience with Java 1.5 or later
A minimum of 2 years experience:
. Developing in a Unix environment (Solaris, Linux, HP-UX), and
. using a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
As well:
. Experience with JDO and/or Kodo (highly desirable)
. Experience with OO Analysis and Design
. Experience using Rational Rose, ClearCase and ClearQuest
. Unix shell scripting
. Experience in an Integrated Development Environment - Eclipse, WSAD, RAD
. XML
. Code review and static analysis
. Project Management skills
. Strong written communication skills
. Airline Industry experience
. Demonstrated success and strong experience with problem-solving
. Strong verbal communication skills
. Strong Leadership skills
. Experience with the complete SDLC
. Ability to work well with customers
. Proven ability to work well in cross-organizational teams
. Ability to provide quality and on-time delivery
. Ability to adapt to change
