Our client based in Dallas, TX is currently seeking a mid-Level WinTel Systems Administrators to join their award winning team! This position is responsible for the support functions within the Information Technology department including the administration of multiple Windows server infrastructures. Hardware and software support for Windows NT/2000/2003 servers as well as electronic messaging support and Level 3 Help Desk escalation support. The ideal candidate will exercises independent and analytical judgment to solve complex problems requiring evaluation of identifiable factors. The Systems Administrator is also responsible for recommending and implementing new technology which will increase the company's productivity as well as benefit the company financially. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Required Skills:
Thorough understanding, knowledge, and hands-on experience with the operation and optimization of Microsoft's messaging environments and operating systems in a large enterprise environment.
Proficient use of virus scanning tools such as McAfee, Norton, etc. required.
Must have 2-3 years proven experience as a server systems engineer.
