Desktop Support Analyst in Dallas, TX

International property management company is seeking an experienced desktop lead to join their IT support team on a full time basis! The job role involves providing support for defined problems; escalating trouble tickets as necessary to identify next level support; having frequent interactions with customers exhibiting strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills; demonstrating a high degree of patience and a strong understanding of the business needs of end-users; following-through on resolutions with requestors; adhering to established standards in resolving problems; and tracking calls and enter solutions in a knowledge base. Experience: Requirements include prior desktop/help desk lead experience. Experience supporting Novell, Groupwise, Active Directory and Exchange, as well as WAN/LAN and desktop PCs is required. BS in Computer Science and or equivalent experience/certification in an IT related field required.
