May perform one or more of the following:
Responsible for Storage and Backup Operations
Develop and drive Projects for ACS Storage Organization
Develop and drive key Metrics for Operational performance
Put in place Continuous Process improvement initiatives an measurements to ensure success
Work with Peers and outside groups to Re-Engineer Processes and tools for more efficient operation
Standardize all documentation of key processes and ensure all staff are in compliance
Aid in development and tracking of Organization Budget
Work with Finance to develop robust systems to ensure charge back to business units
Must haves:
Storage and Backup Operational Experience
Process savvy Prefer 6 sigma trained
Strong Matrix Management skills
Strong organizational /admin
Experience with Global staffing model
All other duties as assigned.
