Network Provisioning Manager in Dallas, TX

Modis is currently seeking a Network Provisioning Manager for an exciting contract opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. This position is expected to start in 1-2 weeks and last for an initial duration of 24 Months. JOB DESCRIPTION The Network Provisioning Manager will be providing end to end data circuit provisioning for large enterprise customers. Candidates will be processing large circuit orders and coordinating the installation phases with engineering teams. A strong level of Project Coordination and Management will be essential for this role. An understanding of T1/T3 and DS0/DS3/DSL circuits is helpful in order to properly validate the Service Requests. In addition, the Network Provision Engineer must have an in-depth understanding of Operational System Support (OSS) and Billing systems in order to process the bill and payment verification information for customers. Candidates will be expected to prepare monthly billing reports. Hands on experience with OSS Billing systems (Telcordia, TIRKS, XNG, WFA, WFA-C, WFA-DO or similar tools) is a requirement. REQUIRED SKILLS - Telecom OSS Billing systems (Telcordia products, TIRKS, WFA, XNG, etc) - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office Productivity suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) - Prior experience provisioning data circuits is highly preferred. - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication skills HOW TO APPLY Qualified individuals are invited to apply for immediate consideration!
