This is an excellent opportunity for an Integration Specialist with HL7 and Microsoft BizTalk experience to play a key role integrating cutting-edge Pharmacy Information Systems. Perform requirements gathering and system Analysis on custom interface code handling HL7 pharmacy orders between various Pharmacy Information Systems (PHIS). Develop and maintain current specifications for interfaces to be implemented. Work with management to develop and maintain interface policy and procedures. Develop, maintain, and properly store customer requirements and acceptance records. Maintain and store interface definition files and documentation as directed. This position requires approximately 25% travel within the U.S. 2+ years of Microsoft BizTalk and HL7 adapter experience is required. Experience with Visual Studio, .NET, and SQL Server is also required. Healthcare or Pharmacy Information Systems Analysis experience is needed. Experience with McKesson or Cerner is a plus. Beneficial experience, but not required, includes with C#, ASP, Visual Basic, SOAP, Java, XML, or XSLT. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential for this excellent opportunity.
