JCPenney has an immediate opening for a talented developer with 4-5 years experience in the below requirements.


Responsibilities

Design, code, test, implement and document new applications that are part of a content management system

Monitor and maintain current system applications

Interface with business user community to understand project requirements and meet user needs/expectations

Perform research on current systems/databases to provide solutions to requested system enhancements

Provide estimates for coding assignments

Communicate project status to management



Qualifications

Experience with .NET 2003 Technologies, Visual Basic 6.0, Java Script, HTML, XML, SQL, SQL Server 2000, Visual Source Safe, Windows NT/2003

Excellent analytical, coding and testing skills

Ability to quickly and accurately perform troubleshooting and repair of applications

Interest in enhancing skills and learning new technologies

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to handle multiple assignments
