Stellent Administrator in Dallas, TX

Our DFW (Southlake) client has an open position available supporting our established Stellent solution, meeting the continually evolving demands of a dynamic user base.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Excellent understanding of content management system administration, Stellent Content Management system preferred

Experienced in multiple server side and client side scripting languages and standards: JavaScript, VB Script, Perl Script, XML, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, XLST, JSP, ASP, SQL, awk, C-shell, or Bourne shell, Visual Basic, must be able to debug code

Solid understanding and experience in UNIX and Windows administration and troubleshooting (Solaris, AIX, HPUX), and Windows 2003 Server

Web Server experience in iPlanet (SunOne), Apache, IIS to include troubleshooting experience

Experience with connectivity to the following major RDBMS systems (no DBA experience required): Oracle, and MS SQL Server

Working knowledge of networking

Working knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory

Must be able to work on multiple concurrent tasks/activities and meet customer expectations

Must be flexible, responsive, and able to function in high-stress situations

Must have the ability to work well with others in a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service skills

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Support, administer and maintain the enterprise content management system, Stellent

Troubleshoot and resolve customer and technical issues, working with technical staff and 3rd party vendors as necessary

Enhance our Stellent solution by utilizing system capabilities to meet new requirements

Serve as primary end user and system support

Conduct end user training

Gather and document technical requirements for system changes

Consult in architecting Stellent solutions

Design and build prototypes

Create test scripts and migration plans

Perform implementations

Rotate pager support

Perform formal project management activities
