Seeking candidate who has tech support experience, has worked on server maintenance, and has working knowledge of Great Plains and Microsoft Share Portal software. Two years of tech support experience necessary. MCSE with SQL & Exchange experience preferred. Ideal candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced, growing environment and has to be able to juggle multiple tasks. Overtime will be required for this position.
