Senior Production Support/Operations tech is required in order to create a batch monitoring position in the Data Center Center to manage the batch flow of the test systems. Responsibilities include correcting batch abends, detecting and correcting file contention issues, detecting and improving batch job performance, reporting and escalating problems to programmer.
