Lotus Notes/Domino Programmer: Application developer with demonstrated skills and experience in analyzing customer requirements/problems, determining appropriate toolset to fulfill the requirement/solve problem, coding the application efficiently and effectively, testing, debugging and documenting code. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to learn and leverage existing systems, must be able to analyze and understand highly complex processes/systems. Must be flexible and willing to adapt to changes in requirements, have good interpersonal skills in order to work closely with customers and development team. Have the ability and desire to learn new tools as necessary. Must be excited by and able to perform in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
