Ajilon Consulting is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter with experience in sourcing candidates, interviewing, reformatting resumes, checking references, targeting various skills in the IT Field. Candidate must be familiar with internet sources, recruiting databases, job fairs, current on the IT technology/skills. We are looking for candidates with a professional image, strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability and desire to put in the hours to get the job done. Compensation includes base + commission. Experience: Candidate must read, speak, write in fluent Spanish First language must be English Candidate must have 3+ years of Recruiting experience in a IT Consulting Firm or Placement Agency.
