Senior Technical Analyst/PM - Bilingual Spanish in Dallas, TX

Candidate must have the ability to provide iSeries Systems provide Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and System Administration support for the IBM i5 technology in North America. The Technical Analyst is also responsible for implementing the designs and changes necessary for successful project completion a) Provide Tier III technical support for iSeries domestic and international partitions (Puerto Rico & Mexico - must be bilingual- Spanish) b) Ensure performance and capacity metrics are collected, distributed and reviewed c)Ensure Operating System and Program Temporary Fixes (PTFs) are current with architecture standards. d)Provide version control and patch management for the iSeries Standard Operating Environment. e)Manage the engineering processes associated with the Standardized Infrastructure Life Cycle process f)Design and engineer solutions for our business partners relative to the iSeries IBM hardware platform. Experience: Bachelors degree is required Bilingual - Spanish 7 years of Basic Data Processing Knowledge 5 years of working Knowledge of Systems Administration 5 years of working Knowledge of the Hardware / Software involved (AS 400 or iseries) 3 years of working Knowledge of Data Communications 3 years Problem Solving Skills 3 years Presentation Skills 3 years of Project Management (Small to Medium Complex initiatives) 3 years of Process Documentation exp.
