Title / Project Description and Tasks: The Employee must be able to work in a dynamic team environment, possess good decision making skills, and is able to multi-task while talking to the customer. The Employee should be comfortable with communicating and understanding the HACMP and SAN/NAS Team work environment. Specific shift and work schedules will be assigned by Management. The Employee must be flexible to changing schedules that are determined by business needs. The Business Unit operates 24 by 7, 365 days a year The Employee should be able to work in a constantly changing customer/product environment and embrace direct customer interaction.Offshift and/or weekend work may be required, with minimal to no additional personnel available (standalone work) during offshift work hours. Must be able to lift lab equipment (not to exceed 40 pounds) and access lab equipment in closed areas.
