We have an immediate need for several Business Analysts for a major client in the DFW area. To be successful in this role, you must have experience / exposure to use cases/UML and RAD (Requirements Analysis and Definition) as well as experience in writing / executing test cases. A strong health insurance background is a major plus!
In this role, you will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Will be responsible for customer engagement and for ensuring that customer requirements are clearly documented and communicated to the stakeholders and development teams. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in this role.

Experience: Required Experience/Skills:
- Experience/exposure to use cases/UML, as well as experience in writing/executing test cases.
- RAD (Requirements Analysis and Definition) experience.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Strong understanding of business requirements analysis methods.
- Strong understanding of both the insurance and technology businesses and the ability to determine ROI metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Very strong meeting management skills.
- The ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels, including customer executive management.
- Strong understanding of project/request lifecycle.
- Good Microsoft Project and project planning skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Strong health insurance background is a major plus!
