This includes IT Service Management, Information Governance compliance, Security Audits and Assessments, Operational Transformation Initiatives (OTI's) and itDNA CMMI assessments. DESCRIPTION: The company seeks individuals with significant experience in IT Service Management based on ITIL. These individuals will possess a strong knowledge of both the Service Support and Service Delivery areas within ITIL. Project management skills and the firm's itDNAwill be leveraged to lead ITIL implementations and service management initiatives for our clients. REQUIREMENTS:-Specific experience with two or more of the following is a must: Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Business Continuity Management, Availability Management, Financial Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management -Additional experience with BCP/DR and Security Management is a plus. - Candidates must have a strong knowledge of process and extensive project management experience -Candidates will also need experience utilizing a project management approach to implement ITIL Service Management initiatives on large scale IT Infrastructure projects -A four year degree is required Required SkillsCERTIFICATIONS:- An ITIL Master Certification is required. - A PMP Certification is also preferred. - CISA and Six Sigma Certifications are a plus.
