Job Description:
This position is responsible for requirements definition for the implementation of ITIL service management processes.This includes working with customers and developers to deliver a solution which meets the business needs.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years development experience including experience in a CMMII level 3+ organizations.Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience.
Primary Experience:
· 3+ years experience as a systems analyst
· 5+ years structured analysis and design
· Experience implementing a COTS package
· 2+ years developer experience
· Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes
· Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
· Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Secondary Experience:
· UAT Test plan development
· 1+ years Remedy design, configuration, and integration
· Process Reengineering, Data analysis
· Winrunner
· Oracle, SQL
· End User Training
· TQM, Six Sigma
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related discipline
