We are searching for 6 Helpdesk professionals to join our growing team! You will be working with one of our clients in the Healthcare industry that is currently upgrading their patient management system from Cerner to Epic. In order to support the application, we are looking for Helpdesk Professionals to see them through their first two phases. In addition, this team will be providing traditional Tier 1-3 technical support. The following will be supported: MS XP, MS Office, and Outlook. This will be the first contact for all technical issues within the organization.
