Immediate need for P/T (20-25 hrs per wk) Data Analyst seeking well-known company, talented team and interesting work. Detail-oriented, analytical and Excel expertise will be keys to success in this well-known, stable, Fortune 500 organization. Will be responsible for consolidating attendee track form , effectively matching and combining data and categorizing monthly expense information into Excel for this Telecommunications Services company. Database Tracking Project Description:
20-25 hours per week position responsible for accurately calculating of event attendees by segment and find correct DUNs for each account, then download revenue and closed sales using internal databases.

Job Description:
* Consolidating Attendee Track Form
* Track all attendees and counts of attendees by segment for each event.
* Update any changes due to no shows and additional customers who checked in On-site.
* Identify segments for hosts and customer for missing data.
* Reformat attendee list for MIS data request (format is already created)
* Calculate average % of objectives we collected. (See attached PPTs) and match with Internal stakeholder data.
* Provide the final attendee lists for each event, by segment (also broken up by existing customers, prospects, guests and hosts)
* Identify Account ID (DUN) and input to Account Revenue and Expenses excel database
* Find DUNs or AGID (account ID numbers) for each customer using 3 internal databases.
* Download customers revenue and closed sale information every month and organize by account into one spreadsheet. (since not all accounts are pulled by MIS, we need to identify how many accounts are included in revenue calculation) This includes Open and closed TOV data for customers who attend the events, by segment, per our schedule (one database)
* Categorize monthly expense information into excel spreadsheet template.
* Organize and input appropriate verbatim comments for account for quick wins. Using various internal database to find more about the customers who attended our events.
* Download Internal Stakeholder Survey data and categorize verbatim comments by related issues.
* Input customer survey event preference data to the master database.
* Upload updated information on GCEM website.
* Report on results from customer feedback and survey items that are in the Return On Objectives
* Report on results of internal event feedback items in ROO
* Match customer names and post event survey data for Tier 3 ticket events (prep analysis work).
