Duties/Responsibilities: Will assist with developing Release Management strategies and solutions for new and existing products; ensure proper archiving of software application releases; administer/support source, version control and build (ie: Subversion, Maven and Hudson); Administer/Maintain source code repositories; perform software integration that will include building/compiling source code and documenting the software build/compile process; troubleshoot build and deployment scripts/processes; troubleshoot internal software automation tools/utilities; assist with testing and implementation aspects of release management projects including installation, configuration, and release deployment; and assist developers on source code management processes/procedures/tools.
Experience: Required Skills:*3+yrs. Release Management experience*Solid experience with Release and Version Management process and SDLC*UNIX/Linux*Subversion experience required; ClearCase are a plus. *Build Systems experience (Ant, SCons, and Gnu); Tools experience such as Cruise Control, Maven2, and/or Continuum*Perl, Shell Scripting*Ability to work some after hours.Contract PositionNo third party agencies pleaseMust be able to interview in person in Dallas on short notice
