Applications Program Manager (80% Travel, Top Tier) - CJ1461-TXPM in Dallas, TX

Top Tier consulting firm specializing in custom business application development projects for very large corporations in a variety of verticals. Will manage 50 consultants (onshore and offshore) developing large custom business applications. Will have P&L responsibility. Salary dependent on past accomplishments and responsibilities.Required Skills: Permanent positions (not contracts!). THIS EXPERIENCE ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED: MUST BE currently or recently working for a substantial length of time as a Program Manager for a top tier consulting firm (ie, IBM Global, Tata, Infosys, Satyam, Bearing Point, Accenture, etc). P&L responsibility while managing custom business applications development projects of 50 people and/or $3 MM from start to finish as an outside consultant program manager. Must have excellent communication skills coupled with a strong physical presence and the ability to persuade others. Must have solid understanding of technical architecture for large corporate business applications environments.Proven background in organization, leadership, and ability to manage projects to meet target dates.Note: Will not accept backgrounds with emphasis in anything but custom corporate business applications development.
