PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Suite (HCM) Programmer Analyst. in Dallas, TX

Our client is seeking a strong PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Suite (HCM) Programmer Analyst. Our client will be doing a global HR implementation and they need someone with a solid understanding of PeopleSoft HCM. Additionally, this person will need to be able to give day to day support companywide concerning HCM functionality, testing and design. Must have excellent oral and written communications skills, ability to interface effectively with staff and users. Many of the internal staff will be non-technical and this person must be able to establish rapport, and support them with any needs. At times this person will need to exercise independent judgment and utilize creative problem solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading edge technology and/or integrating diverse user systems. Must have understanding of best practices in using PS Enterprise tools to meet the business needs and the business opportunities that PeopleSoft's HCM product provides. Required Skills: o PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Suite (HCM) 8.9 or above o Strong knowledge of data structures, system configuration, integration points, application tools. o Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft Workflow, Application Packages, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, PS Query, SQL, Process Scheduler, Data Mover. o 5 years experience as a programmer/developer Addition Desired Skills: o PS HCM 9.0 Experience o Experience with additional report writing tools such as Crystal Reports or XML Publisher o Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM functionality o Global HR implementation or support experience o Solid understanding of PeopleSoft 9.0 security and Batch scheduler EDUCATION REQUIRED OR DESIRED: o Position requires a bachelor's degree or higher.
