Project Manager, Audio and Video Project Manager, CTS, AMX, Crestron - Skills Required - Project Manager, Audio and Video, CTS, AMX, Crestron Project Manager, Audio and VideoWe are a stable, growing, commercial Audio/Video integration firm looking for an Experienced Audio/Video Project Manager. We have an outstanding company reputation with tons of room for professional growth.We specialize in high-end commercial projects including theater, multi-zone audio, automation, video and teleconferencing and lighting control. We are only considering candidates local to the Dallas area - We will not relocate someone or consider a candidate who has to move. You will have at least 5 years Audio Video Project Management experience of an Intermediate to Advanced level. Must have clean driving, criminal record - Must pass drug test as well.In this growth position you will:~ Be a Part of the Design Phase~ Perform initial site walk and validate scope with customer~ Create meeting minutes from kick-off meetings and design reviews~ Develop and update project schedule~ Manage deliverables (drawings, submittals etc) from Engineers and Coordinators~ Pre-Install Phase~ Schedule rack build for internal assembly of systems~ Conduct pre-install meetings with technicians and engineers~ Identify, obtain purchase orders, and schedule any subcontractor activities~ Validate that in-house testing is complete allowing racks to be shipped to site~ Ensure all equipment is present and staged before install begins~ Install Phase~ Be on-site with install team on first day to insure that they have adequate information to proceed~ Develop a day by day task list for install team~ Monitor and update daily task list and keep customer and/or consultant updated on progress~ Schedule Field Engineer and Programmer on-site as needed~ Closeout Phase~ Develop and update written punchlist as the job comes to completion~ Coordinate the development and delivery of documentation including equipment manuals, training materials, and as-built drawings~ Schedule Field Engineer, Programmer, and Technicians as needed to close out the job~ Conduct training sessions on all jobs - schedule Engineer or Programmer to assist on complicated systems~ Obtain sign-off from customerQualifications:~ 4 years of supervisory experience~ 4 years as experience in custom A/V~ Strong customer relation skills ~ Strong knowledge of project management workflow ~ Self-motivated Must have experience with:~ Multi-Room, High-end Audio, and Theater Systems~ HDTV Projection and Plasma TV Systems~ Video Conferencing systems installation/programming a plus~ Acoustic Design/Installation a plus~ Proficiency with Microsoft Windows/Office Software~ Familiarity with 70v systems a plus~ CEDIA Certification a plusBenefits:~ Excellent salary & benefits, including health insurance & retirement planning.~ Professional, exciting, and fun work environment with great clients~ Challenging work in a team atmosphere that encourages accountability, pride in workmanship, and success, along with personal & team growth.~ Room to grow into Operations ManagementIf you are ready to work for an amazing company with great benefits and already possess extensive custom audio/video installation & Project Management experience then we look forward to your resume! - SB-DallasAVPM - , , , , , CyberCoders CyberScientific To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
