We seek a Linux Systems Administrator with 6 years of experience and knowledgeable with Red Hat Linux. - Participate in capacity and performance initiatives - Implement system administration automation products - Understanding of ITIL practices - Work with minimal direction and be knowledge-seeking - In-depth knowledge of RHEL Linux (4.x, 5.x) - Ability to work on major projects with DBA/Web/PM/Network/SAN, etc. - Previous systems administration and engineering experience in high throughput, low-latency environments Responsible for the engineering planning, design, implementation, and operation of Unix and Windows Midrange computing platforms for n-Tier application architectures. Responsibilities include research and development of new technology and engineering best practices, as well as the implementation of complex and comprehensive solutions for enterprise and Line of Business applications.
