IT experience on multiple platforms/technologies; Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and multi tasking capabilities; Solid written and verbal communication skills; Needs minimal direction for understanding and documenting business processes; Needs minimal direction with work in order to meet established timeframes to complete tasks Beginning to develop Leadership skills and success using skills Experience working through majority of Systems Development Life Cycle phases Ability to work well with most Customers at multiple levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so Ability to work well in a Team environment Needs minimal direction and coaching in facilitating requirements gathering sessions Ability to interview most Customers at multiple levels Requirements determination Use Case or User Story creation ; Understanding of OO Analysis and Design Familiar with Photoshop or other image manupulations tools Experience: 3+ years: OOA/D Photoshop or other image manipulations tools Agile, XP, or Scrum Methodology is a plus eCommerce experience Loyalty marketing experience Consulting experience Experience as a developer is a plus NO THIRD PARTIES; MUST BE A CITIZEN OR HAVE A GREEN CARD.
