A449-5010/ICD-10 Business Analyst in Dallas, TX

5010/ICD-10 Business Analyst 5010 and ICD-10 changes are coming! As companies continue to engage our services to assist them in the 5010/ICD-10 system changes, we will be adding to our Project Team. The business analyst will help oversee the Gap Analysis projects for our clients, help them evaluate business needs and become compliant. They will work closely with the client as well as our own project managers, coders, and SMEs. The right candidate will possess a minimum of five years of healthcare Provider or Payer experience with the following: process and procedures, workflow planning, workflow mapping and business analysis. Candidates must also have three years of healthcare application implementation experience; five years of overall business/IT experience, and five years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation preparation. Supervisory experience is strongly preferred. This position will require extensive travel so candidates must be willing to travel 100 percent for select project work (candidates can be based anywhere while not on projects). In addition to the above experience, special consideration will be given to those candidates who have a strong understanding of ICD-9, are educated on how it will change with ICD-10, and the differences between 4010 and 5010.
