Description:
Position: Application and Hardware Security Engineer
Note by PM Responsibilities Include:
Design new security applications or infrastructure
Provide security support for developers, IT Engineers and Security Operations
Report on security trends
Malware analysis and remediation
Create security best practices guidelines for IT Engineer, Development staff and customers.
Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of security tools such as IDS, IPS, WAF and DDoS mitigation
Highly skilled programmer with a security products background
Ability to run projects from design to implementation
Strong customer focus
Expert at malware analysis
Strong penetration testing skills
Expert in Windows, Linux and Network security
Strong knowledge of SOX, PCI, SAS 70 and Webtrust compliance requirements
Published author in the security field
Education and Certifications:
Masters in Computer Science is preferred ? Advanced security certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, Security+ or GIAC) required
