Network Admin ( Support role ) in Dallas, TX

Opportunity with leading financial clients in the DFW areaSuccessful candidates will be involved with a progressive company assisting with all network related issues. Responsibilities include:Support employees by ensuring that they have access to the network related systems and resources necessary to perform their daily job functions. Check status of all Servers and check with other IT staff for any overnight system problems. Review, prioritize and work any new or open ISHELPDESK tickets. Work on assigned ITS tasks and projects. Monitor network heath and status through use of available network monitoring tools.Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 to 4 years experience PC/Network support with at least a 12 mos. focus on network administration. Ability to manage an Active Directory Infrastructure. Basic Cisco Routing and Switching skills. Knowledge of TCP/IP and IP subnetting. Understanding of cabling and KVM Switches
