All candidates must have experience working in an Agile environment. (This experience must be fully defined/proven in their resume) This would include have experience on multiple platforms/technologies with full life-cycle software development projects. Strong OOA/OOD skills.All candidates must have experience working with Ruby, Spring and Hibernate.The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a willing contributor with in a team based environment. Previous XP (extreme programming) experience is a plus.
