Experience: Bachelors Degree is required. MS or MBA is highly preferred.15+ years of overall IT consulting experience is required.12+ years of experience in Client advisory/Portal Architect roles 5 - 8 years large company consulting experience Strong experience with BEA Weblogic + Websphere is mandatory.Experience with ATG eCommerce applications is required.Experience J2EE frameworks including Struts, Spring, Hibernate, RIA, Web 2.0, Content management and SearchHands on experience in architecting Portal solutions – IBM Websphere / BEA Weblogic / Open source Portal platforms Rich experience in J2EE frameworks including Struts, Spring, Hibernate, RIA, Web 2.0, Content management and Search Experience in SOA is mandatory, Business/Work flow modeling - IBM Websphere / Aqua logic ESB platforms Present and demonstrate Portal based solutions to clients Work with Client Architects to assess, evaluate & define Solution Architecture Customer facing, Ingenious with the ability to participate in consulting engagements Previous and most recent experience leading and directing the RFI/RFP response process is required.Prior experience in bidding B2C/B2B Portal deals and presenting the same to customers Ability to structure delivery teams, handing them over with delivery oversight Target driven and ingenious is a requirement in this role.4 years of large-scale project budget forecasting and planning of projects is mandatory in this role with previous experience of managing project budgets if 2 mil or more is definitely required. NO EXCEPTIONS!5 years experience supervising and managing a team of 4 or more direct reports.Very strong communications skills, verbal, written and interpersonal are essential in this role.Previous C-level communication with business, development, and senior management is required.Strong presentation skills are mandatory in this role.PMP or PMI certification is preferred.Travel of 50% - 100% will be required.
