Role Description: The .Net 3.5 Silverlight Developer would need to have at least 5 years of experience. This Candidate would have Silverlight 3.0 and or WPF experience.
Required Experience/ Skills:
- .NET 3.5.
- ORM technology like nHibernate.
- PRISM - Pattern for building composite applications with WPF and Silverlight.
- MVVM - Model View-View Model pattern.
- CAB - (Composite Application Block).
- Microsoft Toolkit for Silverlight and Telerik Controls.
- CruiseControl.net - automated build server.
- Gallio & MBunit - Unit Testing.
- ADO.NET Data Services - .NET 3.5 WCF Service that enables restful data access.
- Fluent nHibernate - different than regular nHibernate; requires writing classes to describe your database schema vs. XML template files.
- Lucene for .NET - used for their full text search product matcher recognition subsystem.
- SVN for Source Control.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience: Minimum 5 years
