I have an immediate need for a high quality lead RF in-building engineers with a very strong CDMA background. They must have 3-5 years with lead RF design experience, very strong CDMA and WCDMA knowledge, knowledge of IBWave design software, experience with TEMS data collection tools, experience in acceptance and commissioning of in-building systems. Have to be willing to travel to site as needed for site walks, acceptance and commissioning testing, customer meetings. Additonal Notes: 4 year degree or 5+ years experience in telecom industry with RF Engineering and In-Building Solution specific experience. Experience as team leader on large projects important. Knowledge of Active and Passive designs, preferably for multi-vendor products including Andrew and Powerwave components. GSM, CDMA and WCDMA experience required. Must be willing to travel, 10-20%. Driving license required. May be required to climb ladders, use scissor lifts etc for access to cable routes in buildings. Able to use, lift and carry test equipment, laptops as needed for surveys. Ability to work independently, sometimes with little daily supervision. Good communication skills (written and verbal).
