"Entry Level Developer of Financial Systems"
Capital Analytics, a specialized professional services firm focused on alternative asset accounting, is seeking an entry level position for their software development team. Individual will be working closely with software developers and end-users, participating in activities from business requirements gathering/documentation, to system, performance, and user acceptance testing activities. A person successful in this position will be eager to learn both the alternative asset accounting business and the skills surrounding software development. This position is located in downtown Dallas, TX.
All candidates must have demonstrated:

Excellent written and verbal communications

Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Background working with or around technology

Good understanding of business, accounting, and/or finance.

Experience with Microsoft Office Products, Specifically Access, Excel, and MS Project

Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase) and reporting writing tools (Crystal)

Experience with Visual Studio .NET.

Bachelors Degree
