Position Description:
Designs, develops or recommends integrated security system solutions that will ensure proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected. Provides technical engineering services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions.
Degree Preferred: Bachelor
Minimum Job Requirements:
CISSP certification HP / Compaq Himalaya (Tandem Non-Stop) installation and operation(Strong) Himalaya's Guardian security software(Strong) Himalaya OSS-(Strong) UNIX (Solaris, HP, Linux, etc.),Strong Databases, such as Oracle, Informix, MS SQL,(Conversant) Application programming, such as C, C++, Perl,(Conversant)
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for security objectives in mid-range technologies. Develops long-term and short-term strategic plans including product pricing, resource allocation and action plans. Evaluates, designs and implements resolutions to security exposures. Design and implement maintenance/monitoring tools. Assists with audit directives and completes special projects as required. Provides technical direction and assistance to application areas as well as operations, coverage and other technical support areas. Assist in managing project tracking and reporting, maintain project plans, analyze project time/costs/performance, coordinate project communications, produce project reports and presentations.
